
Recently I bought a pail which accelerates fermantation to produce absolutely delicious fruit enzyme drinks. Here is an attempt
- 500g green grapes (diced)
- 500 g sugar
- 2 litres of water
Just leave it in the pail for a couple of days and the drink is really yummy. taste like sweet wine.
The traditional way of cutting fruits, removing all possible water on the fruit before putting it in a bottle with loads of sugar takes too much effort. This is really an ideal solution for the lazy. But beware, the pail cost a nice $70.
